"Confusion of  Prism" is a sculpture and one of 26 international works of art selected from 2800 projects proposed by sculptors and designers from around the world for the 29. Olympic Games in Beijing, China 2008.

"Confusion of  Prism" will be displayed in the Olympic Sculptures Park; it was created in August 2007 using stell as material and has a size of 4 meters.

“CHANGE”
AN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION

Hollingsworth Gallery presents the group thematic exhibition, Change. The exhibition will be held at the Hollingsworth Gallery from April 18 – May 23rd, 2009. This exhibition centers around all interpretations of Change. Included are all art forms relating to or gaining inspiration from the concept, Change. All artist interpretations of elements from the realist to the abstract and conceptual are explored.

View the works of award winning International artists such as Ilker Yardimci from Izmir, Turkey, one of twenty international artists commissioned to create a large scale sculpture for the 2006 Beijing Olympics. Enrique Monraz Ponce, from Guadalajara, Mexico, Patrick McGrath Muniz from Aguadilla, Pueto Rico and many others.

Other U.S. award winning artists are State University of New York professor, Kathy Goodell, a Pollock-Grasner Foundation Grant recipient, and Halpert Biennial,Turchin Center for the Visual Arts, ‘First Place Award’ recipient. Also showing is University of Nebraska Kearney Assistant Professor of Art, Victoria Goro-Rapoport. At the core of her labor intensive etchings and engravings, are the “topics of illusion and disillusionment.” Russian born and raised, Goro-Rapoport’s experiences in the USSR, love of classic literature, background in theatre-set design, and an eventual immigration to the United States lay the foundation for provoking work...
